We will allow you to return your rose arrangements for a full refund if you are not fully satisfied.

Here are the requirements to receive a refund for your rose arrangement:

• You have 7 days to return them after they are delivered
• Must be in the same condition as you received them and in the same packaging
• Your cost to ship them to Bisiso Roses is your responsibility and will not be refunded
